Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from reseam.co.uk. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
reseam is a trading name of reseam ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17447733). Our registered office and trading address is 51 Henry St, Rishton, BB1 4JJ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@reseam.co.uk.
2. Our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real thing. Product pages state what each product is made of.
3. How an order works
When you press the checkout button and pay, you are making an offer to buy. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed and we send you a receipt. If we find we cannot supply an item (for example, a pricing mistake or damaged stock), we will tell you and refund you in full.
Our stock levels are checked when you check out. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). reseam ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is included. [Update this if VAT registration changes.]
Shipping options and their charges are shown on the payment page before you pay. Payment is taken by Square when you check out, using a card or another method Square offers. We never see or store your card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We dispatch orders within 3 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes 2 working days after dispatch, but this depends on the carrier. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you can cancel and get a refund.
Goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to you. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
6. Cancelling and returns
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and legal rights if goods are faulty. See our returns and refunds policy for how this works.
7. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We only sell to consumers, so we are not responsible for any loss of profit or business losses.
8. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or problems with carriers. We will tell you if this affects your order.

11. Other terms
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
We may change these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
